Letting Go Of Self Limiting Beliefs and Creating Your Life Of Abundance!

Image
Do you find yourself saying, "I can't do this..." or "I shouldn't have done that" These are self limiting beliefs. The only way you can change the past is by changing your perception of it. Worrying solves nothing.  Saying, "I shouldn't have done.. xyz" is riddled with guilt and shame. No progress can be made from that perspective. You can't get here from there. Often those thoughts were implanted in our minds by unconscious parents, teachers and siblings in our formative years. Are You Creating From A Place Of Authenticity?

Image
A friend of mine was sharing yesterday. This person was disappointed that not enough people resonated (liked) their recent creative posts. This was my reply:  I can write a beautiful blog and sometimes few people read it  or create a video I think is am azing and it does not get a fraction of the views another one does. On the other hand sometimes I write 3 lines of what's on my mind and it seems to resonate profoundly with many.  You know what? I am fine with it all because I create for me. I create from my soul and what I create is authentically me. I don't create to please others. We can never please everyone so there will always be those who don't care for what you have created. If you seek to create for external validation you will be forever seeking your own true expression of self. The work that is truly yours. Create what resonates with your soul and you won't care what anyone thinks!   Photo Credit: Carsten Basile

Could it be that, in your perception, that this person embodied who you yourself truly are? The soul that you were born to be? As a young child I always admired strong female characters who were completely independent and did not care what others thought. They appeared cool, calm and collected. Even in the midst of chaos. I did not have many real life role models who embodied these traits. I emulated Cher as "non-fictional" character as someone "cool" someone I would like to be like. A "I don't give a F*** attitude" A trend setter. Totally unique. Non conformist. Unswayed by societal norms. Not afraid to push the envelope. Cool... I also was drawn to Jeannie and Batgirl. So I have always had that strong metaphysical attraction as well. Many of us have no clue who we really are until long into adulthood. We are raised believi...
