There is no state of physical decline or damage that you could not recover from—none—not any, if you knew it… If you wanted it and knew that you could. And that’s those miracles that they talk about every day. They’re not miracles at all, they are the natural order of things. But because they are rare, people think they are miraculous. They’re not. That’s the way it is supposed to be. You’re supposed to thrive.

I am living proof of this! My great health is no miracle but it is a testimony that you too can live a happy healthy life, no matter what you have been or are currently going through.
Remove your focus from the fear based, that which you do not want. Instead focus on good health and well being. Align with your inner being. Follow your gut. Laughter, joy and most of all love. Love of life. Love of others and #1 unconditional love of self. When you unconditionally love yourself, unconditional love of others and all that is, will come easily to you.
